SARL FRANCEVAD deliver to the buyer the merchandise included in the order to the address on the order form. In case of incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be liable for failure to deliver the order. Any delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to claim compensation for damages. When the buyer receive the delivery he must check the condition of the package and if necessary, must notified the delivery man or refuse delivery.

Any anomaly concerning the delivery must be absolutely stated ,”handwritten”on the delivery form , accompanied by the signature of the person receiving the package.
